If you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please contact us with a detailed description, and any photos you are able to provide.
INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received a damaged item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.
All returns must be received within 28 days. Please note we don't refund delivery costs.
We cannot accept returns for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to. We provide the full list of ingredients on our website so please look at these carefully.
