CHANGE OF MIND

Please note we don't accept refund for change of mind or incorrect purchase choice. 

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please contact us with a detailed description, and any photos you are able to provide. 


INCORRECT ITEM / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If you have received a damaged item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.

All returns must be received within 28 days. Please note we don't refund delivery costs.


SENSITIVITIES

We cannot accept returns for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to. We provide the full list of ingredients on our website so please look at these carefully. We are more than happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice so please email or call us.
